Watering from eye
Dear doctor i'm a mother of 2.5 month old female baby under breast feed in recent days i observed watering from her right eye please let me know if this needed any medication and also she has not pooped for 3 days.

Not pooped for 3 days is alright. If she has no vomiting or distended abdomen and she is passing flattus, you can wait up to a week.
Watering from the eyes should be a small viral infection or allergy. Wait a couple of days for it it’s settle. If it doesn’t , do let us know
