Water retention in muscle
He met an accident on 23rd of April but suffered no fracture. A bus had run over both his legs and there were two big open wounds on his right foot and left thigh. His leg started swelling and he was aspirated on 6th of may due to water retention. Now the swelling returned after 4 days even after magnesium salt treatment as prescribed. After two more weeks and two more visit to doctor he was referred to a surgeon. He concluded that there was no water in the leg and gave him Paracef. Now since this Monday night water is continuously coming out of his left wound and that too like fountain and it is completely wetting the bed and his pants and the floor. Please provide a solution.
