  3. Water intoxication. Can i do to stop it?

I had water intoxication about a week ago, and now am experiencing the same thing. I've stopped drinking fluids, taken a diuretic, and have tried to calm myself. I am disoriented, weak, and have a massive migraine, clear and frequent urination. I know this is water intoxication, but what can I do to stop it?
