Water in one eyes only
My daughter is of 2months. We see water and white thing only in one eye.even if she doesn't cry still we see water in one eye I.e.on left eye.

You should consult an ophthalmologist, as i feel your daughter can be suffering from membranous dacryocystits. Do massage at lacrimal sac area ie between inner side of eye and base of the nose 4 times a day.
