I wear eyes vision spectacles daily with 3.00 and 3.95 number.
I always wear specs daily. Work on screen like laptops and pc's
Now, I face water from eyes frequently like at noon or night. Why is it ?

Continuous work on screen makes your eye tired and also cause dry eyes.
Take a short break every 20 mins while u work on screens and look some far objects.
Make it a habit of voluntary blinking while u work on screen.
Have adequate sleep.
