Watering from eyes, especially since birth usually means a block in the duct that connects the eye to nasal passages. In the first year of life, this is usually relieved by local massage & some eye drops. Simple cold medications will improve watering temporarily, but will not cure the condition. For confirmation & guidance, you must visit an ophthalmologist who is specialized in pediatric ophthalmology as soon as possible.
