I have problems in right eye from last 10 days there is water discharge and white discharge some time eatching sensation also
Pls advice se medicine

It might be due to allergy and secondary infection. Please do cold compresses and put antibiotics eye drops 2hrly e.g. moxifloxacin and antiallergic e.g. olopatadine eye drops 2to3 times daily

It is probably an allergy, seen more commonly in spring season.
You can use Lotel eye drops and protective goggles outdoors.
