I hav had this problem from long time.. I applied onabet cream.. It's not going.. I had fungal infection before den it got cured.. Den again I hav dis problem..

Yes it looks like fungal lesions only..I suggest you to meet a general surgeon and then take treatment for it...you need to take tablets..oral antifungal apart from ointment...hope you get cyred soon..thank you

It is likely a fungal infection of the penis. Please see an urologist and you might need to take fluconazole tablets by mouth.
