Wasting muscle, COPD
I am 5' tall and weigh 230 pounds, so I am severly overweight. I have COPD so exercise is slim to none. I have tried walking, but ended up using my rescue inhaler before I could make it back from my walk. I believe I have muscle wasting in my legs as they hurt all the time, even when just lying in bed. What I want to know is if physical therapy or getting a personal trainer would be my best option. I can't do this on my own, I have tried.
