I was get hit on my penis a very heard hit by football around 10 days ago n now I m noticing a little bit of hardness in the top of the penis.. N a very slight redness what will be the possible reason for it..??

Please get a physical consultation with urologist. You also require an USG scan of penis to rule out any injury to penis.
