Warm at throat and at back side of body

Asked for Male, 22 Years

Hi, My son is complaining feverish feeling, however not sure as to fever is there as he feels warm at neck (thorat) and back side of the body for past 5 days. Otherwise, his urination, stool is normal and he has good appetite & his intakes of food is normal. He is taking Dolo 650, (morning & night) for past 3 days and also steam inhalation. Though it has subsided, it is continuing still. What could be the cause for this & how to get rid if this. Please advise. He is in Sweden. Thanks for the support. Ganesh
