What is the permanent treatment of below MRI IMPRESSION :(1.Ring shaped cortical/subcortical lesion with eccentric dot and blooming on SWI and calcification on phase images in the left hippocampal formation with minimal peripheral gilosis/edema. Findings represent calcified granuloma most likely related to neurocysticercosis.Other diagnostic consideration is tuberculosis. 2. Mild increased signal and volume loss of left hippocampus as compared to the right. Findings are suggestive of left mesial temporal sclerosis.Clinial correlation sugg..). I have been taking seizure medicine since 2 year but medicine unable to control my problem.Im suffering from a problem since 9 year.I feels a kind of problem or difficulty/discomfort which cannot explain in word, this suddenly start and remain till the 30 to 50 second and then normal. During that time I don't be unconscious. EEG detect this problem only during the attack other time show normal.So doctor confuse and say Im suffering from Anxiety.

You have neurological brain lesions to have seizure disorder. Your seizures have to be evaluated promptly and treated. It's unlikely with the MRI finding that this is just anxiety. Your medication needs to be adjusted.
