You should go for 'whole body check up' as it's called, actually it's Comprehensive Medical check up.
After 30yrs of age every body should undergo such checks.
Most of the corporate Hospitals have Health Check package.
Health Tips
Gargles with Betadine Gargles twice a day and Milk+Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon thrice a day helps
