Want to do laser treatment for acne prob

Before 3 years i used skinlite cream for approximatly 1 year then i stopped bcz my skin becoming red n sensitive i have taken a lot of treatment bt even though my acne problem doesnt solve till now. now i m thinking for laser treatment for overall face problems. is it okay to do laser treatment
