Want a diet chart based on liquid
I got my braces fit today, due to which my jaws do not match an d i am unable to bite and chew. Also wont be able to bite and chew for next few more months. So i want a diet chart based on liquid and semi liquid which covers all aspect of balanced diet. I dont lead a sedentary life , i do gyming for an hour daily with current weight of 66 kgs ( height 5ft 7 in )

The most important thing would be to eat/drink something every two hours. You can indulge in things like smoothies, shakes, mashed potato, even well done pasta. Also things like broken wheat porridge, semi mashed khichdi, suji kheer are great options for the main meals. The trick is to make the meals nutrient dense. Add almond paste or blanched dates to your shakes and smoothies, vegetable purées to the khichdi.
