Hi there,
You can have Sex whenever you want. However if you want to increase the chances of getting pregnant, have Sex around the 14th day of your menstrual cycle. That is when you're ovulating. So the middle 10 day of your cycle increase your chances.
About the process giving birth, your gynaecologist will explain to you in detail when you do get pregnant.
