Need clarity before taking these tablets
I been suggested to take below tablets due to low morphology & low motility
1) SOF-Q 300 SR (Ubidecarenone coenzyme Q10) 300mg
2) Maxoza Neo ( Ubidecarenone coenzyme Q10 - 100mg, Melatonin - 3mg)
Unsure whether I can take 400mg of CQ10 and also Melatonin. I don't have any sleep disorders.
Kindly some one advice...
