Walking and workout/exercise
When we can start walking and can do work out/exercise after C-section to loose weight? Also how can we reduce tummy since it is a surgery we cannot tie it very tightly

For 1.5 months after c section, simply walking is sufficient. After that you can do some mild excercises and after 6 months you can do rigorous excercises.

After 4 weeks, you can go for walking exercises and wait for another 4 weeks for lower abdomen exercises. After 10 days of c section, if there is no wound infection, there will be abdominal binder which you should use for that lax skin to get normal
