Waking up with burning urethra

Asked for Male, 22 Years

I was diagnosed with a UTI recently , and the antibiotic course was till yesterday , and today i woke up with a burning sensation in urethra. It went away as i tried to sleep again. Is it okay to ignore it if it is a one time thing? Also during the day i sometimes feel that a drop of urine is still in my penis and I can't get it out, i started noticing this after i got the UTI.
