Yesterday I woke up in the middle of the night feeling extremely dizzy and seeing black spots, I almost fainted. The first time it happened to me was 3 years ago and after that I had it 3 or 4 times. I had a neurologist appointment in 2015 and did some exams, the doctor said I had a mild loss of blood in one part of the brain (I think its called mild leukoencephalopathy).
I am afraid that what I had its because of the blood loss and as it is happening more frequentely it might be getting worse. Could this be a mini stroke?
Also, I have fibromylagia and I am under a lot of stress and sometimes have anxiety.

Mini stroke is highly unlikely given you age. Feeling dizzy and intermittent black spots points to transient nerve compression and improper blood circulation to your brain and retina. Stress induced anxiety are very common reasons of your ailment..
