Waking up every hr at night
My baby is 5 months 10 days old. He wakes up after every hr at night to take feed. Whats the cause he is not able to sleep soundly and that too after waking drinks milk for just 5 minutes.
during daytime also he drinks milk after every 1 hr or so that too for only 5-10 minutes. His wt is around 7 kgs. whats the right technique to feed is it after every 2 hrs to make him feed or what?

When your baby feeds and sleeps off, you can wake the bay by foot stimulation or gentle back rub.
Your baby is not feeding on hind milk which has more fat content and leads to satiety and longer duration between feeds.
He is just getting foremilk and that satisfies his thirst. Ensure at least 20 -25 mins of feeding at one breast.
