  4. Waist pain. Doctor advised me bed rest.

I am 7 week pregnant and every time I am suffering from waist pain .please advise me.my HCG level is 46550 and in USG twin pregnancy seen both yolk sec size is 0.89 & 0.81 cm . doctor advised me bed rest .so what is the reason of waist pain.
