Hi, I have got a vulvar pimple and it has become red and is painful. I also got it earlier several times but it always disappears in 2-3 days on its own. I maintain a very good level of personal hygiene and always keep the area dry. Please tell me how to treat and what could be the possible reason

If the size is increasing and its become red and painful ...it might have pus inside ..you will need antibiotics to heal it or if its too big removal of the pus( abscess) .
Reason - if you shave that portion this might happen ...
Next Steps
As u said it heals in 2 to 3 days ..wait for that time.if its increasing in size or not going you will have to consult
