Is vsd close spontaneously or need surgery or device closure. ? What is the position of vsd close to velve or not?

Keep monitoring for Poor growth/congestive heart failure like breathing difficulty, recurrent episode of cold and respiratory tract infections Continue follow with echo 6 months to 1 yearly to look for aortic cusp prolapse VSD with aortic valve cusp prolapse and directly related aortic regurgitation that is more than trivial needed surgery whenever aortic regurgitation is detected. Hope u child will have spontaneous closure of both VSD and ASD

As per the age of the patient, VSD is less likely to close.
