VSD heart desease
Which test can confirm detection of VSD... Except 2D/3D Eco (color doppler)...as my VSD was detected 2 years but last year it was not there.. So I'm confused whether it still exists or not.. Plz suggest...

Apart from an echo, where the exact size and other changes in the heart because of VSD can be picked up; a good clinical examination ( stethoscope ) should be able to reveal the presence of a VSD.

2D Echo is best investigation to detect VSD. Identify a centre in your area which deals in pediatric cardiac work and get it repeated.
