Vomitting newborn
My preterm son is 27days old..he always gas gastric and GERD issue..yesterday night after feeding he vomitted not spitting up its vomitting..he vomitted three times.His stomach was hard yesterday as he was continously crying for milk and i was feeding him..am Concerned about the following 1) whether a breastfeeding baby can be overfed? 2) Is vomitting milk/curd like is normal 3) i gave him nanopeptine syrup as he was showing signs of stomach upset and gastric..will this cause vomitting?

1. Not possible as baby will not take also breastfeeding is active feeding 2.  Yes it's normal 3. Neopeptine can be given, but not help much, most effective way to burp
