Either your baby has GERD or the formula isn't suiting him. If Domstal isn't working either, it's most likely due to the formula, but sometimes even GERD doesn't respond to medications. U can try changing the formula and observe whether the vomiting stops. If it doesn't your pediatrician would be able to figure it out for you
