Hi doc...am 31 year old married women hvng vertigo,nausea ,dizziness  and severe headache also since 2 days ... im v uncomfortable early morning these symptomps starts till evening ...kindly help me is their any dangerous situation for brain  or these r  normal...plz help me out ...thank u
