My son having vomiting, since yesterday but only in first half of the day and he is having bit warm body and also stomachaches.

Get his Urine RM done from good lab,, Syp Cefolac 100, 5 ml twice perday x 7 days, Syp p250 3 ml 6 hourly or sos,, Syp Grandem 1ml once perday x 2 days
