Vomiting sensation from one week

Asked for Female, 26 Years

I was on letrozole..egg got ruptured on 24th Dec..my LMP was 8th Dec .suddenly on 5th I got high fever coz of which I took Azithromycin and sinarest..then I got periods started on 9th Jan and ended on 10th nyt...one to two pad filled,..only...no cramping and no pain only dry mouth and not even water I like to drink...all the time I feel like vomiting..pls help
