Vomiting pregnancy
Dear sir Attcahed photo of tablet My sister 3 and half month pregnancy running . And she getting vomitings every day 2 episodes . Madam said no issue it's normal and written iron tablets. With zofer 4 and vomikind .but no use for . As she observed yesterday after vomit her tounge became little black. Yesterday u told that urine ketones test required like that . But today as she again observed after taken orofer xt tablet folic acid . This tablet we melt in water it's becoming black . So as we clear our doubt this blackness coming in vomit on tounge . So pls tell it's safe tabket or not . Pls help .

Please don’t give orofer XT or any iron tablet as it will induce vomiting .did u do ketones??let her take folic acid and tab emeset 4 mg if required for vomiting but for more dietary advice consult online

If she has vomitting u can hold orofer XT for 2-3 weeks , no hurry to start , since it’s Iron tab she will have blackening of teeth , tongue & even she will have black stool , for vomitting add tab pantop 40 before meal twice along with tab emset 8 mg . All will settle down
