Vomiting, loose stools but hydrated

Asked for Female, 31 Years

My son is 2yearvols since, saturday he is vomiting and passing loose stool like water. I am gvng him antibiotics, ORS and ondemn. He is, cry active, asking for food to eat, no fever n urinating well. I want to know how long it takes for the stool to be normal? I am worried pls advice

This is general gastro infection. loose motion take always 5 to 7 days to normalised, if vomiting is stoped. If fever is there or oral intake and body hydration is not well then u have to take consultation. Otherwise it resolve in 5 days completely.
