Vomiting in riding car and bus
I am 28 years old male having good academic record but having problem of functional dyspepsia and motion sickness since birth. I joined government service but due to motion sickness I can't ride on car and bus . As soon as I ride on car and bus a foul smell comes and start nausea, dizziness, vertigo and finally vomiting .  I have vomited so many times in riding car and bus that now seeing car and bus I feel nausea . Avomeine , stugeron tablet cause severe side effect of headache which do bad than good. So, I was forced to resign from government service and I resigned 3 months ago from government service. Now, I am in great depression as I can't take any other profession other than government job because I solely devoted myself on study. All doctors told that motion sickness has no cure .

At the outset.... Motion sickness has a cure...it depends on a person how he handles himself in that situation. It is due to hypersensitive reaction of central nervous system towards motion, traveling or kinetic energy. Medicine should help to decrease your hypersensitive reaction. It can increase due to stress and continuous exposure. Seek counseling sessions too. I'm sure you will be able to rejoin your office.

Hi You will have to work on managing anxiety. Certain relaxation techniques will help you. A psychologist will help you manage anxiety. You have resigned from government service for three months and you are feeling depressed. With a psychologist you can talk about functional dyspepsia and motion sickness. It is necessary to know what thoughts come to your mind when you are in a car or bus. You can also talk about your childhood, lifestyle, and eating pattern. Do not worry counselling sessions will help you. Don’t put too much pressure on yourself. Over a period of time you will feel better.

Hi... You can try Hypnosis/hypnotherapy to overcome these issues. But I do not understand which government service you were in and why you resigned. Any service that requires a certain physical/mental capacity also takes an exam to check it before joining the service and mostly there is a norm to undergo certain medical examinations as part of selection/recruitment process.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychologist. Hypnosis/hypnotherapy along with Counselling might be helpful.
