Vomiting in 2.10 yrs kid
My Daughter is 2.10 yrs old before three weeks she got early morning vomiting we took her to Rainbow Hospital,doctor suggested gastric problem,given the medicine for vomiting and gastric it re-solved today also she got the same problem again the same medicine stopped her the vomiting. I need to understand before bed what is the food to be given
