Vomiting food
My son of 1.4 years old started vomiting food after 1 or 2 hours of having food. He is on breastfeeding. Due to infection mother is using below medicines since yesterday. Not sure if these medicines are causing vomiting. Medicines mother used 1. DESKAST 10/5 MG 2. CEFJ 200 MG 3. AB-FLO SR 200 MG Please help to suggest.

Vomitting not due to mother's medicines.... One very common reason for vomitting at this age is possibility of child not passing soft stools... Symptoms of constipation are very commonly not recognised...

if vomitting continues in spite of antiemetic.... should consult paeditrician

few points associated with constipation are.. child strains at defaecation, passes hard stools, becomes quiet at defaecation, passes small stools frequently etc

Looks like gastric infection Continue breastfeeding Give anti emetic like Sy ondem 2.5 ml twice for one day If doesn’t settle consult a pediatrician
