Vomiting, fever and loose motion

Asked for Male, 7 Years

2months back my daughter got ear piercings with gold not gunshot. After 2weeks it got healed. But from last 2weeks she is getting small bump(filled with pus n yellow water) Within 2days it is getting dry n again it is forming. Plz kindly help me in this regard.
