I've been suffering from vomiting and nausea and headache abdominal pains .. cannot sleep peacefully and having morning sickness

Hello, INJ emset one ample I'm state.followed by tab meftal forte after ,35-40 min.tab clonazepam1 mg at 9.30pm u can sleep calmly take three days than intermittently after two three days. all symptoms resolved. Plenty of liquids like nimupani coconut water butter milk as it's too much hot which also causes these symptoms. Light diet with least oil n spices.ok.
