Vomiting after food
I get vomiting after having food, now I'm 13 months 12days pregnant, because of vomiting Im suffering from weakness and a guity feel. And even now a days I don't like food to have. So what can I do?

take small meals in 6-7 times a day. drink plenty of fluids in form of sips.u can add flavour to water.can drink juices, coconut water, butter milk . avoid tea, coffee, and large quantity of milk in single time. eat salty fruits, salty biscuits which will help to retain water in body.take folic acid, multivitamins and antiemetics as prescribed by gynecologist
