My brother jist donated vlood and our way to home after donation he started vomiting is this serious or normal should we seek emergency

Blood donation is rarely followed by vomitings. Unless due to
some other factor, this could be because of systemic upset due to a neurological phenomenon following blood donation. If severe, consult a doctor. Maintain adequate hydration and give him rest.
