I have been suffering from vomiting and fever last 1 day. Which kind of medicine i take?

loose motion? take dolo 650 8hrly till fever prsist tab emset 4mg fr vomittimg tab O2 once a day fr 5 days if loose motion is dere tab pan 40mg onve a day fr 5 days if u need to tke O2
Next Steps
plenty of water get a hemogram done n follow up
