Sir I understand your concern, I think you should know that there are numerous reasons which might cause this problem like chronic laryngitis, benign vocal cord nodules, overuse of vocal cords like in case of singers, teachers etc. Vocal cord muscle weakness or the nerve or blood vessel supplying the muscle may be affected.
