Small mass in left vocal cord after biopsy detect well deffrentiate cell carcinoma please give some advice... what can i do.. my father is very affraid..

Vocal cord small cancers are curable and he need not be afraid. 1st ask him to stop smoking and all addictions. Get a cect scan done to see size and stage. Laser excision and radiotherapy are 2 options for him depending on size/location.

You have to give hope to him. Carcinoma larynx is curable. Treatment depends on many factors in laryngoscopy reports and CT scan of the neck (to determine the stage)
Next Steps
Post laryngoscopy and CT scan report. Patient will most likely require only Radiation therapy if the tumor is limited only to vocal cord(s).
