In vitrious detachment case , is it cured by natural way or medicine or it will need a lazer surgery?? There is a unjury due to fire cracker in left eye,. Symptoms: floturs and bloor vision.. In sonography it shows no any any foreign body but shows vitrious detachment.. Pls guide and suggest. Thanks..

Hello, If it is only vitreous detachment then you may wait and watch while continuing treatment for redness and other symptoms. However of you see flashes and vision does not improve, you might need retinal surgery.
