When amperson have an ibr of about 2 does our bodies start to produce more vitamin k?? to counter reaact the effect of anticogulants? so...the higher the inr....the higher the it k production to counter react???

Oral anti-coagulants like warfarin act as Vitamin K antagonist. Vit. K is needed for producing coagulation factors and thus the coagulant action. Body cannot produce more Vit. K when there is a antagonist in action.
