Vitamin deficiency
Sir/ma'm, I just checked my vitamins and iron levels and found them deficient. Vit D-<8.1 Vit B12-127 My hair fall and thinning got started at the age of 20(22 now).My hair fall is less now but the thin hairs tend to fall even now when i comb. I have had itching on thr scalp but not now. I noticed some white dots at the end of hair in the early stage of hair fall. I also experience headache sometimes. What can be the root cause? Is it because of the deficiencies? Is my hair loss curable? And i have also started injections and supements for deficiencies. Will this help? What is anemia? Any link between dificiency and anemia? Hope to hear from you soon Thanks and regards.

Greetings. You seem to be having diffuse hair fall. This could be because of recent physical / emotional insults or stresses and may be manifesting now - including possible damage due to a strong hair cosmetics/or straightening procedure/ vitamin deficiencies/ thyroid level variations. Also do you have any family history of alopecia - in case of thinning and patterned hair loss - andrognetic alopecia is most likely. Apart from vitmain supplementation - You may need hair care lotions- those with vasodilator properties. See a qualfied dermatologist near you. Low level of haemoglobin is referred to as anaemia. Hair loss can definitely be controlled. Further queries may be sent on follow up messaging. warm regards
