Vitamin deficiency and piles
2 month back I found some blood dropping after motion, went to doctor, suspected piles, applied some ointment and controlled diet. After 1 week it become normal. Now i am in control diet. Still i feel a small lump vanishing after motion movement. Recently I am feeling tired. Checked vitamin b12 and d3, both are in low level. Need some suggestions 🙏

Hello Bleeding per rectum is associated with iron deficiency and not B12 Or vit D deficiency. Both deficiencies can be treated easily. Vit D deficiency needs vit D sachets with calcium. B12 deficiency if severe and symptoms will need injectables in addition to nonveg dietary supplements
