Vitamin D3 level of 12 IU

Asked for Female, 36 Years

I am a 36 yr old female. Went to dermatologist for treating hair loss and skin pigmentation. Vitamin D3, thyroid and ferritin level tested. all others normal except for vitamin D3 as low as 12 IU. Shifted to another city in due course. Now, what supplement should i have to increase vitamin D3 level?Could skin pigmentation indicate any cancer?
