My Vitamin D3 is 3. I recently diagnosed with diabetes insipidus. Main problem when I lost rapid weight within 2 months 4 kg. After that, m facing dullness n face darkening. Initially, face was red for some days then darken. My stomach got stretch mark type pigmentation and palms get some pigmentation. All this happened with rapid weight loss. How can I regain my natural complexion?
