My mother 52 yrs having sugar but under control (fasting 124 and pp 140)now having heel pain in the morning from 1 month and also feeling hot flushes still not reaching out to menopause. Can she take vitamin D3 60k for 1 month? Can vitamin D trigger blood sugar level.?

If taken in normal dosage will not cause any disturbances in sugar level Have to take vit d3 60k once weekly if taken daily will cause vit d3 toxicity Kindly consult if any questions

No Vit D doesn’t have any negative effect on blood sugar level. Hot flushes can be a symptom of menopause nothing to worry about.
