I had a 25-OH VITAMIN D test recently and my vitamin D level is 16 ng/ml. Is it better to take a daily supplement of ~5000 IU or 60K a week? Can you also recommend a good supplement?

Nothing to worry you take vitamin do tablet for few months it will bounce back to normal .. Dietary deficiency could be the cause .... Have fruits and vegetables . Expose to sunlight ...
