Vitamin D deficiency
I had a 25-OH VITAMIN D test recently and my vitamin D level is 16 ng/ml. Is it better to take a daily supplement of ~5000 IU or 60K a week? Can you also recommend a good supplement?

Hello...... A level of 20 nanograms/milliliter to 50 ng/mLisis considered normal... Vitamin do deficiency is commonly seen in these days.. Nothing to worry you take vitamin do tablet for few months it will bounce back to normal .. Dietary deficiency could be the cause .... Have fruits and vegetables . Expose to sunlight ... Calcium of 200 to 400 IU you can take...
